Picnic	Up to 6 months in advance of event date.	No less than 1 calendar day prior to reservation date.
Camping	Up to 6 months in advance of departure date.	No less than 1 calendar day prior to departure date.
Wedding/Youth Group	Up to 1 year in advance of event date.	No less than 1 calendar day prior to event date.

Cancellation - Over 30 days to the arrival date.	90% refunded of original transaction fee.
Cancellation - Between 30 and 4 days to the arrival date.	75% refunded of original transaction fee.
Cancellation - less than 4 days to the arrival date.	No refunds.
First transfer requested more than 30 days to the arrival date.	One time courtesy, no fee.
Subsequent transfers requested more than 30 days to the arrival date.	10% of original transaction fee.
Transfers requested between 30 and 4 days to the arrival date.	25% of original transaction fee.
Transfer - less than 4 days to the arrival date.	100% of original transaction fee.
